Welcome to Victoria Counselling Centre. We provide professional counselling support to adults and couples in the Greater Victoria area. Our dedicated team has experience working with self-esteem, relationships, depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, abuse, life transitions and grief/loss. All therapists are trained at a Masters level and are registered with a professional counselling association to ensure that you receive safe and effective services. Our centre is a warm, relaxing, and quiet environment that is conveniently located at 216‑1175 Cook St.

We offer an initial complimentary 20 minute phone consultation with one of our Registered Clinical Counsellors. This is an opportunity to explain what you're wanting help with, and for our counsellors to determine whether they are able to assist you. Call or email us to set up your complimentary consultation.

Victoria Counselling Centre services may be covered in full or in part by your extended health insurance or employee benefit plan. We encourage you to call your insurance provider or employer and ask specifically if Registered Clinical Counsellors or Canadian Certified Counsellors are covered. Please note that our services are not covered by the Medical Service Plan of British Columbia (MSP).

Our counselling rates are based on recommendations by the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors. Payment can be made by cash, cheque or e-transfer at the end of each session. Your counsellor will provide you with an official receipt that you can submit to your extended health provider.

Individuals $165 for a 50 minute session
Couples $185 for a 60 minute session
